Are your rates negotiable?
Absolutely. We realize that everyone is different and so are budgets. We do our best to customize our pricing and service offering to accommodate most budgets. Are you licensed, certified, or insured?
Yes. On all three. We can provide all necessary credentials upon request.
How long does a typical house cleaning take?
That depends on a few variables. Square footage, scope of cleaning required and duration between last cleaning service. We generally estimate between 3-6 hours as a ballpark average time.
Do you use your own cleaning products?
Yes. We use all natural cleaning products that are safe for pets and children and the environment. We also pride ourselves in providing our own tools and resources.
Do you guys offer carpet cleaning?
Yes. We do. We can clean virtually any surface. From carpet to tile to concrete to linoleum to wood. We have the knowledge, experience and equipment to get the job done right!
How long will it take to get an estimate once we contact you?
We respond to all general inquiries within 24 hours. It is our goal to have an appointment on the books for our prospective customers 2-3 days from initial inquiry.
